Portugal’s Pepe sent off with a red card for this headbutt.
The only problem is that A) they aren’t his middle fingers, and B) he wasn’t even getting addressing the Pepe red card or the referee. Instead, you can see in this is using his index fingers and he is giving positioning instructions. Check it out for yourself:
Thomas Muller (45+1') - Germany 3 : 0 Portugal
Late in the second half it looked like a Portugal player was fouled in the box and Portugal should’ve been awarded a penalty, but the referee didn’t give it. That cause Portugal superstar and captain Cristiano Ronaldo to lose his mind.
He confronted the referee andgot in his face but the referee wasn’t having any of it and ignored him. Ronaldo is lucky he didn’t get a yellow card.
Thomas Muller (78') - Germany 4 : 0 Portugal
Nothing was going right for Cristiano Ronaldo as he fails to create an opportunity for Portugal off this free kick.
